Over the past 20-plus years, I’ve worked closely and hands-on with countless people and their devices, not only helping them fix tricky problems but also guiding them to avoid scams and feel truly confident in their use of technology. Throughout my journey, I’ve witnessed firsthand how easily seniors, families, and everyday users can become overwhelmed—and unfortunately, how vulnerable they are to being taken advantage of. That realization inspired me to create something genuinely different.

I started Hi-Eye Tech Solutions because I believe everyone deserves patient, honest support from someone who genuinely cares. I’m naturally a problem-solver and a teacher at heart, shaped by my own personal challenges and experiences. I completely understand what it feels like to be confused, stressed, or uncertain about where to turn, and I am committed to making sure my clients never have to feel that way when it comes to their technology.

My mission is clear and simple: to make technology safe, understandable, and comfortable for absolutely everyone. Whether I’m training staff at retirement communities, helping seniors get comfortable with their phones, or repairing devices one-on-one, my approach is always rooted in empathy, straightforward communication, and real, practical solutions.
